What Is a Rental Application Form Mexico (Solicitud de Arrendamiento)?

A Rental Application Form Mexico (Solicitud de Arrendamiento) is the preliminary document by which a prospective tenant (arrendatario potencial or solicitante) provides personal, employment, financial, and reference information to a landlord (arrendador) or property management company (administradora inmobiliaria) prior to entering into a contrato de arrendamiento (lease agreement). The Solicitud de Arrendamiento is governed in its context by Código Civil Federal (CCF) Article 2398, which defines the contrato de arrendamiento as the agreement by which one party (arrendador) commits to grant temporary use and enjoyment (uso y goce temporal) of a property (bien) to another (arrendatario) in exchange for a price (renta) — the application is the pre-contractual instrument that initiates this relationship.
