Forms Legal provides a free online platform that allows users to:

• Browse and select from a library of legal document templates
• Customize templates by filling in relevant information through guided forms
• Generate completed documents in PDF and Word (DOCX) formats
• Electronically sign documents using our built-in e-signature feature
• Access recently created documents through the My Documents dashboard

The Service is provided free of charge. No account registration is required to create, customize, or download documents.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when filling out document templates
• Review and verify all generated documents before signing or relying on them
• Ensure that any document you create complies with the laws of your jurisdiction
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive documents
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our express permission

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any document generated through the Service meets the legal requirements of your specific situation and jurisdiction. Forms Legal does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of information you enter into templates.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, template structures, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, and the overall design and layout — is the property of Forms Legal or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You may download and use documents generated through the Service for their intended legal purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Service or its content for commercial redistribution without our prior written consent. This restriction does not apply to the documents you generate for your own use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forms Legal, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any document template or generated document
• Any legal consequences resulting from the use of documents created through the Service
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

• Documents generated through the Service will be enforceable in any particular jurisdiction
• The information provided through the Service is complete, accurate, or current
• Defects in the Service will be corrected

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forms Legal and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
