Corrections Log

Forms Legal is built by an automated, AI-assisted pipeline and is openly mirrored for public inspection. No process is error-free. This is the public, dated record of substantive errors we have found — through our automated checks or through reader reports — and the fix we applied. We publish our mistakes because a correctable, accountable process is more trustworthy than a claim of perfection.

Scope. This log records substantive legal-citation, metadata, and structural corrections. It does not log routine copy edits or formatting. Absence of an entry for a document is not a certification that the document is error-free — it means no substantive error has been reported or detected. Statutes also change and we do not continuously monitor every legislature; always verify the cited statute is in force before relying on a document. Found an error? [email protected] — confirmed reports are added here.
