5. REGLAMENTO INTERNO Y CONDUCTA / HOUSE RULES AND CONDUCT

El miembro se compromete a cumplir el reglamento interno del operador, que forma parte integrante de este acuerdo. / The member agrees to comply with the operator's reglamento interno (house rules), which form an integral part of this agreement. House rules govern noise levels, visitor access policy, use of common areas, smoking prohibition under Ley 42/2010, food and drink policies, and permitted hours of access. 6. SALUD Y SEGURIDAD / HEALTH AND SAFETY

El operador es responsable de mantener las instalaciones de coworking con las condiciones mínimas de salud y seguridad conforme a la Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y el Real Decreto 486/1997 sobre disposiciones mínimas de seguridad y salud en los lugares de trabajo. / The operator is responsible for maintaining the coworking premises to the minimum health and safety standards under Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales and Real Decreto 486/1997. Los miembros que lleven a sus propios empleados al espacio deberán coordinar medidas preventivas con el operador conforme al artículo 24 de la LPRL. / Members who bring their own employees to the space must coordinate preventive measures with the operator under LPRL Article 24.

7. PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS / DATA PROTECTION

El operador trata los datos personales del miembro (nombre, DNI/NIF, datos de contacto, información de pago y registros de acceso) para la ejecución de este contrato (artículo 6.1(b) RGPD) y el cumplimiento de obligaciones legales (artículo 6.1(c) RGPD), conforme al Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). / The operator processes member personal data for the performance of this contract (Article 6.1(b) RGPD) and compliance with legal obligations (Article 6.1(c) RGPD), under Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). 8. LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN / GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Este contrato se rige por el derecho español, principalmente el artículo 1544 del Código Civil y, en la medida en que resulte aplicable, el artículo 3 de la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU 29/1994). / This contract is governed by Spanish law, principally the Código Civil Article 1544 and, to the extent applicable, the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU 29/1994) Article 3. Las controversias se someterán a mediación conforme a la Ley 5/2012 de mediación en asuntos civiles y mercantiles antes de cualquier procedimiento judicial, y posteriormente al Juzgado de Primera Instancia del municipio donde se encuentra el espacio de coworking. / Disputes shall be submitted to mediation under Ley 5/2012 before any proceedings, and thereafter to the Juzgado de Primera Instancia of the municipality where the coworking space is located.
