ALIMENTARY SUPPORT AGREEMENT (ACCORD SUR L'OBLIGATION ALIMENTAIRE ENVERS UN ADULTE)

This Alimentary Support Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on [Date de l'accord], pursuant to articles 585-596 of the Code civil du Québec (RLRQ, c. CCQ-1991) and the Loi facilitant le paiement des pensions alimentaires (RLRQ, c. P-2.2).

BETWEEN:

**SUPPORT OBLIGATION.** Pursuant to CCQ arts. 585-587, the Support Debtor agrees to pay the Support Creditor alimentary support in the amount of $[Montant mensuel des aliments] CAD per month, payable [Fréquence de paiement], by [Mode de paiement], commencing [Date de début].

**DURATION.** The support obligation shall continue for: [Durée de l'obligation]. Either party may apply to the court for variation upon a material change in circumstances (changement de circonstances) under CCQ art. 594.
