This TESDA Training Scholarship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into this [Agreement Date] by and between:

1. TRAINING PROGRAM

2. SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE
2.1 The total scholarship benefit under this Agreement is [Scholarship Amount], covering tuition fees and TESDA National Assessment fees as approved under the TESDA [Scholarship Program] program guidelines.
2.2 Post-training employment commitment: [Employment Commitment].
3. SCHOLAR OBLIGATIONS
