Codicil (Singapore)

A formal amendment to an existing Singapore will under the Wills Act (Cap. 352), adding, changing, or revoking specific provisions without replacing the entire will. Must be executed with the same formalities as the original will — signed and witnessed by two independent adults simultaneously.
